Teams interview with dept head and asked to take a culture survey which I did promptly. Didn’t hear back for two weeks. Invited for in person interview at corporate office. Heard back over a week later that the job hiring was being delayed by the finance dept. I was under the impression during both interview rounds that the position was approved and was also given a salary range. Ultimately, I feel like a lot of my time was wasted. Hiring manager also said she is aware of the negative Glassdoor reviews of the company and tried to put a positive spin on it, looking at it as room for improvement. I can understand why there are so many negative reviews now.
