Interview
After I sent in my resume I received and email with a few basic interview questions included for me to answer. When I sent my answers back in I then received another email with 3 sample tasks which I had to complete within 48 hours. They tasks were similar to tasks you might complete as a zirtual assistant. After I sent back my sample task I didn't hear anything back for over 4 weeks, but then I received a email about setting up a face to face interview on google hang outs. There was a link provided for me to schedule an interview. The soonest available time was 2 weeks out, so I scheduled myself for that day. My face to face interview was pretty standard. There weren't any surprise or out of the norm questions. Two days after my interview I was offered a position!

Interview
This was an online interview via webcam. I completed a number of sample tasks that they screened, and was then selected for an interview. I received an offer by the following evening.
The google hangout was on time, you have exactly 30 minutes with the interviewer because they have others they have scheduled. Overall it was very relaxed. Be sure to have headphones with a mic handy, there's some feedback if not. I went through the whole process only to be put on hold because they pushed back trainee start dates. I'm still in limbo waiting to hear anything.

Interview
The first thing was a skills test, which I passed with flying colors. It was not difficult and anyone with a basic command of the English language should be able to pass. I received an email shortly after asking if i was interested in a phone interview. I did the phone interview within a couple of days then was scheduled for an in-person interview two days after that. I was told during my in-person interview that I was hired!
