I was contacted by a third party recruiting firm. Had the typical phone interview with them and was then invited to interview in person. Went through first round with hiring manager and team. Was called back for a second interview with the senior manager and was made to take a test in front of four other people. The test had absolutely nothing to do with the role and was a complete waste of my time.
