I first heard about the position via my professor, who had been emailed by a Pfizer rep about it. They were looking for anyone interested with an engineering degree or background. I got the information and sent an email to the rep, who responded within 2 days. I received a phone call from the same rep discussing the job and its responsibilities, and was asked if i was still interested. That was all( that also apparently counted as a phone interview with them). It was not overly formal or overbearing. Within a week of that i was contacted about doing a face to face interview, and that they would come to my area for it. I met the reps at a local hotel meeting room, and met two managers who reviewed my resume, and asked questions over it, specifically my capstone project, as well as asked what salary range i was looking for. . The interview lasted for 2 hours or so
