The initial communications were very helpful. They set up a screening interview right away and a formal interview shortly after that. The interview itself while formal, was very comfortable. It was a two hour interview with 2-3 people interviewing at a time. They were all very friendly and some of the people were pretty serious while others had a very good sense of humor.
