Standard interview process, met with 5 peers, HR and the reporting line manager over a 5 hour period. Open office environment, employees were excited about their work, company has a number of products in their pipeline.

The process started with a recruiter phone screen. The second round was a hiring manager zoom call. Following that I met with the hiring manager who set expectations for the final EVP interview step. Next, I met with the EVP.

Did 2 rounds of interview. Was fairly horrified in the second round interview that a Director role would have no reports and no budget! The role was interesting but sounded painful without resources so I didn't pursue it any further.

Very thorough and well organized. Met with several people each round. They were very open to questions as well. Clear they wanted a good fit both for the role and for the team from a culture standpoint.
