Interview
Easy to apply. Friendly hiring staff, were able to give me more advice when I was not given an offer. Competitive applicants, looking for people with lots of experience, even for entry level
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Zoetis in Mar 2022
Interview
2 initial screening interviews. Then, 2 full days of virtual interviews ranging in 30-90 minute increments, all with different people. Quite a bit to ask of someone to take 2 days off of work to interview. I had to prepare and present a 15 minute presentation on myself at the start of the first full interview day. All questions in the interviews were "STAR" questions. Following the interview, I was told I would hear either way in about 2-3 weeks. 7 weeks later, I finally heard that I was not being offered the position.
