Recruiter initiated with Phone Call. Phone interview with the recruiter, which then led to sending resume to the recruiter and the company. Follow up phone conversations with recrutier again as well as sveral company personnel. Did proceed with a interview in a non-formal setting, the process stopped after this as I was not interested in making a change at that time.
