The interviewer asked lots of "define x" questions about concepts in analytics / data science, more suited to junior/ graduate role than senior position. Was a bit strange, more test than interview.

There are several sessions. Each of them are 30-45 minutes. The interviews are pretty comprehensive, from technical to behavior questions. The questions are focused more on your experience to handle complex situations, from R&D, to data analysis, and IT related knowledge and skills. I feel if you don't have the working experience, it can be very difficult.
