Interview
1st contact: before any job interview, a pre-selection is done. A quick conversation of about 20 - 30 minutes allows the recruiter to separate potential candidates to be handed over to the recruiting manager.
Transparent, low stress interview conducted via zoom.
Standard questioning and personable interviewer. The role and location was not a fit, however the interviewer was open to staying in touch regarding future opportunities.
The recruiter called 10 minutes after the scheduled time and was incredibly rude about me being laid off for a few months/treated me like I was damaged goods. I almost swore off Zoetis altogether until I talked to another recruiter for a different position, who was a saint.
