I was pleased to receive a message on LinkedIn for this position from an internal recruiter as it relates to the field I’m in now and I had just begun my job search.
The first interview went really well and they wanted to proceed with next steps. The folks I was supposed to interview with were traveling so I had to wait to get the scheduling confirmed, no problem. The day before my interview the recruiter reached out asking if I could reschedule because the people I’d be interviewing with had to be pulled for a training. A training, not something urgent or client related. Since I’m currently still working and have a very busy schedule and it is difficult to set time aside to interview, much less reschedule last minute. This seemed indicative of how I’d be treated as employee if other non-emergencies came up.
Based on what I’ve read in the company reviews and the slow moving interview process I experienced, I lost interest in Zones and accepted a position elsewhere.
