Very unprofessional and abrupt in nature. Initially the TA person was following up rigorously for an interview and after the interview - which was more of a 30 min intro call, nothing happened. No feedback - I was told TA is waiting for feedback from hiring manager and even after 4 months , no feedback has been received.
