Interview
I applied with Zoom on a Monday and heard back the next day. Erika, the HR specialist/recruiter at Zoom, was wonderful throughout the process. The total process lasted approximately 4 weeks and ended with me being offered a position. There were 3 interviews and a technical exam. Everyone at Zoom was organized, attentive, and operated with a great deal of transparency. During the interview process, which can be extremely stressful, Zoom employees responded to every question that I had and told me when and with whom, I would be speaking with next. The company culture drives the hiring process, which is a great thing, it has created an environment at Zoom that can't be quantified. It is truly an amazing place and the interview process provided me with a glimpse into how the company operates. I have never had a better interview/hiring process!

Interview
Good experience. Did not make it past recruiter screen as they needed someone who could hit the ground running and I was a newer SE. Recruiter was very personable, approachable, and professional. Very transparent on what to expect throughout the process.

Interview
-Quick decision to desire interview
-Quick follow up noting that I had not replied
- In the interview Stephanie described the 'true' job description which cut out at least 50% of the written duties which I had perfect match. True JD was not congruent with written JD. This is untidy and led to my improper thinking I was a close match of the position.
-quick (within 60 minutes) decision to not proceed
