It was wonderful but I wish they told me I wasn't hired because of the lack of spanish. In the end I never got confirmation of why I wasn't chosen for the position. They did tell me there was a lot of movement in Europe at the time with teams switching.

Kim Young initially reached out to me and conducted a phone screening for the role. She was then there through the entire process promptly keeping me updated, and answering any questions I had along the way. After the phone screening, I went through two rounds of interviews and unfortunately didn't make it past the second round. Kim was kind to let me know of this before the weekend, and followed up with me the following Monday to share the feedback she received from the team. I sincerely appreciated her kindness throughout the whole process. You hear horror stories of going through rounds of interviews and being "ghosted", not knowing what went wrong, but I had the exact opposite experience with Kim.
