First interview is a simple, 30 minute phone interview. They tell you a little bit about the company and of course, ask you some questions about yourself to see if you are the right fit. They ask a lot of questions about customer service because it is very big to them.
I had to deny the job because the pay is pretty low. I was offered a starting rate of $15/hr and unfortunately, there was no negotiating. Call me crazy,... But if I have a 4 year degree and 5+ years of customer service experience, I am not willing to get paid the same amount as my coworker who has a 2 year degree and 1 year of customer service experience. It is simply not fair.
I applied online. I interviewed at ZoomCare (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Applied online through Indeed, then did a quick phone interview with HR (about 20-30 minutes) mostly talking about general questions from my resume, then did an in person interview with clinic manager going into more situational job related questions

Interview
The average interview process. They bring you into an exam room and discuss your experience and how you would handle certain time management issues. Also discuss job responsibilities and comfort level performing those duties
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ZoomCare (Portland, OR) in Jun 2019
Interview
You start with one phone call interview where the interview just gets to know you (they missed my first phone interview and had to reschedule it). Then, you shadow an associate in clinic followed by an in person interview at headquarters.
