30 minute phone screen test with a recruiter, 1 hour job shadow with a clinical associate /1 hour interview with a manager which was more intense than the phone interview

Tell me about yourself, when have you gone above and beyond at work? how would co-workers describe you? why do you want to work here? Describe a time when you had to do something that required you to be extremely detail-oriented.
Brief phone interview with the recruiter and then had to wait a week for a rejection email because I did not have enough customer service experience. I do have two bachelor degrees one in biology and the other in psychology so I know that I had the education background.

Applied online, got a call for a phone interview. No contact for several weeks, but one day I got an email that said the next morning at 9 AM I should report to shadow another clinic associate and have my interview. I heard back a few days later that I was offered the job and would need to do my drug test and background check to start in about 2 weeks. The drug test and background check is by a company called SterlingONE

I talked to a lady with was professional, patient, and easy to talk to. She was well prepared and paid attention to my answers. Phone interview lasted for around 30 minutes.
