I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ZoomCare
Interview
1. ) Phone interview - 30 minutes
2.) In person interview - 1 hour
The phone interview felt more like a conversation just to make sure I was right for the job. She asked questions about previous jobs I had and explained the position and if I thought I would be a good fit. The 2nd interview was a bit more intense.

You start with one phone call interview where the interview just gets to know you (they missed my first phone interview and had to reschedule it). Then, you shadow an associate in clinic followed by an in person interview at headquarters.
