Interview
The interview process was very long compared to other places I have interviewed. First you get a call to schedule a phone interview with the HR director. (Their HQ is based in Portland, I applied in Seattle) then if that first interview went well you will get a face to face interview with a manager in Seattle. After that interview I havd a Skype interview with the head manager in Portland. Then finally, they ask you to shadow a shift at a clinic for a couple of hours to see what you are getting yourself into.

Interview
Phone Interviews, each for half an hour, very nice people, the questions were fair and thought provoking, no concerns, the interview process was explained to be continued if candidate passed a certain level, if not, it was rejection
Very pleasant! Good questions, and very succinct. None that made me think "Is this actually important to the job?" They also offer Zoom or in-person interviews. I would recommend in-person if you have the option, so that you can get a full tour of the clinic.
The talent recruiter reached out first and gave a very comprehensive explanation of the role. The recruiter also asks questions to get to know that applicant more and then sets up a meeting with a Clinic Associate and then with an area manager.
