Interview
I interviewed 6 times with multiple people. Company CEO Dave Sanders was present for 3 of the 6 interviews. My first interview was with a recruiter over the phone. The 2nd interview was with someone I would potentially be managing and my potential manager. The 3rd interview was an interview with CEO and my potential manager. The 4th interview was with CEO and future manager as well as a future peer partner and subordinate. The 5th interview was with my future manager and then coffee with CEO to get to know me on more of a personal note. The 6th interview was a panel interview with my future team of 4 managers. The last step was the offer, which was given to me over the phone followed by a background and drug screen check.

They were simulation questions. Many of the questions were regarding managing a P & L. If product X costs ____ and the selling price is _____ how many units do you have to sell to hit a GP of ______?
Met a lot of people during he process, got to see how a clinic worked and ran. Talk to the people working at the clinic and what they did on a daily basis.
