I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ZoomInfo (Vancouver, WA) in Oct 2021
Interview
The start of the interview process was pretty smooth. I had three interviews with senior level management (not including the screening interview with the recruiter), one of which was a small panel interview. Everyone asked good questions and it seemed like a good fit. However, after three interviews, I was ghosted. No generic rejection letter. No, "thanks, but no thanks" email from the recruiter. This was after attempting to follow up twice with the recruiter. I am ok that I did not get the job but I think the lack of professionalism is problematic for anyone who may consider working here. There is just common courtesy that you would expect from a company of this size and there seems to be a huge disconnect with how they are recruiting talent. My advice, is buyer beware. This type of behavior is indicative of company that will not value your time before or after the hiring process.

Question 1
How good are you at multitasking and how do you gain the cooperation on a project?

Interview
Initial screen with recruiter was very friendly but based in the US. Then the next stage was not with a hiring manager. No introduction into what they did within the business and had to dig. Asked questions about how i thought they perceived me, and proceeded to tell me i seemed competent which to take as a compliment.. Referred himself as Ted lasso and boasted about achievements which was not expected. Said the team would be in touch in the afternoon and did not follow up until i nudged the recruiter. Off putting process.

Question 1
Deal cycle and timeframes of closing, deal value etc
Interview was regarding prior experiences, what methodology was followed in my existing and prior organisations and what would be followed at Zoominfo.
Further interview scheduling was a mess, and it made sense when I read the reviews of how culture is at the Chennai office. Having also spoken to a few people who had worked there, good thing I didn't spend time and effort on this.

Tell me about your past experience managing a team

The initial director was great. The second round was back to back to back interviews.
The first person came on and made so many assumptions about my candidacy (uphill battle for me, etc). That’s fine if you want to approach the process like that, but not for me.
The second person never showed.
The third asked if I just spoke to the second person. I said he never showed. Instead of apologizing, he simply said “OK, let’s begin.”
Pretty bad experience and the culture reminds me of something like Boiler Room. Sent email to recruiter to withdraw later that day. Guess they had better candidates.
