Interview
Scheduled a screening interview using a calendar link provided by HR. That date/time was confirmed, but then came and went without any notification. No franitic "Hey can we reschedule this" email. I replied to their initial email asking if we missed our timeframe, and how they'd like to proceed. The representative was very apologetic, and hey I get it. Things happen. You get pulled into some meeting somewhere, and you miss out on something you previously scheduled. So we reschedule, and they seem very genuine when they say they'll make it work with the new meeting time. That time comes and goes the following week without notification again. At this point I refuse to reach to them. HR does reach out to me several hours into the evening past the original meeting time. Again they seem mortified, but still we're at attempt number 3 here and you're trying to conduct a screening interview as you enter an elevator and lose connection. They provide a link to the person's calendar I should be speaking to next, but that person never responds. Two weeks later I get a generic automated "Unfortunately we won't be continuing with your candidacy" email. I've worked with this company on almost every job I've ever had so it was sad to have this experience while trying to explore an opportunity to join them.
