Initial phone screen screen questions were not for the script for the position I responded to. It was definitely for another position. This is very troubling for an initial introduction to a potential employer and seemed to set me up to be denied to go any further in the interview process. Perhaps this was a due diligence listing when there was an internal candidate already selected, but certainly made me doubt the integrity of the company
