One short interview with leadership that consisted of 3 questions and literally nothing else. All of the questions I asked were answered with short, rushed answers that didn't further the conversation. First time I've experienced this.

The questions were all very open ended and did not go deep into my background at all. Didn't give this person any indication of my capabilities while providing no opportunity for me to add that context. Quite a frustrating experience.
