Interview
The interview process left a lot to be desired. The big turn off for me came during the second interview when the person I spoke with kept telling me I would have to push back with clients when trying to help them. I thought the purpose of the role was to understand the needs of the clients to further enhance the software and user experience, but I guess they are not looking for "new ideas" and want things to remain the same.
