They reached out quickly after I applied for the position and we did the initial phone screening. I was told that the second interview would be online since I lived three hours away. But later they asked me to come in person, and I agreed because I wanted to show initiative. The interview went well, at least I thought so. They even asked me when I would need an offer by as I was leaving. A week later I got a templated rejection email with no context. The main thing that bothered me was that they asked me to drive three hours each way and I also needed to get a room for a night so I could prepare. They do not offer any kind of interview expense reimbursement unfortunately. I regret wasting the time and money on this and I was surprised at how they treated me after deciding I wasn’t a good fit.
