Zscaler Channel Account Manager II interview questions

It was the worst interview process I've ever had, the interviewer -who in order not to ruin his professional future I will maintain his name confidential- left me waiting 3 times on the call and gave me a no show, yes.... 3 times! All 3 times he apologized for it and asked to reschedule, but then did the same thing and never showed up. Finally he called me one day unannounced and asked aggressive questions about my results and asked me to put together a plan to demonstrate my accomplishments in my previous work experience. Finally, after working on this business case meanwhile i was waiting for his next available time to present my case, he sent me a totally impersonal email stating that they had already chosen the candidate. I found the interview treatment and experience to be horrible, and the truth is that after seeing how this person handled himself, the last thing I wanted was to work for this company with a culture so different from my values. What companies don't realize is that HR is the first sales person in the company and they are the ones in charge of showing the culture and image to the new candidates they are looking to incorporate. Suggestion to the company, audit the recruiting process from time to time to avoid this.
