I applied online. I interviewed at Zscaler (Sydney) in May 2025
Interview
Moved very quickly through each stage. However there were multiple stakeholders. Some wanted to have a conversation others were more interview style. Generally positive experience. Recruiter was very helpful. Could highlight more of the benefits as they are a good draw

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Zscaler (San Jose, CA)
Interview
Initial interview was with a recruiter. Afterwards, I spoke to the hiring manager. Then I spoke to three other people.
The overall process was not consistent. The recruiter was misinformed a majority of the time. Everything was quite frankly confusing. What solidified my sentiment was when I was stood up for my last interview. I later received an email trying to reschedule but wow, getting to the final stage and feeling ghosted was not appreciated. Also some of the questions that were asked could be perceived as inappropriate? Truly glad I didn’t get an offer bc with the shift in changing execs, I don’t think this was the best time to join.
