4 interviews - HR(phone), Mgr (Phone), Director (Phone) and Panel Interview (via Google Hangouts). The 1st 3 interviews went very well. Then was asked for Panel interview which consist of 4-5 people, doing a presentation, talking about the company, Q&A. The panel interview is a waste of time in my opinion. You would think after 3 interviews a company would know if they want to hire you or not. Wouldn't recommend. 1 person shows up 20 minutes late which messed up the flow and then he asks all the previous questions he wasn't there to here the answers. The job description wasn't clearly defined.
