The interview process was rather simple and linear, I applied for the interview on linkedin , the HR setup a screening coding/development Task for me, after performance review a telephonic interview was setup and finally an On-site in person interviwe was setup. The onsite interview was a 3 stage interviwe. First the technical panel grilled my coding and problem solving, Second stage was a machine test where they setup a live interactive development environment and lastly there was a mix panel interview where HR, Tech and Regional Director participated. Its one of my best interview experience and my first WHITEBOARD interview. The interviewers were highly interactive and always kept me highly motivated Finally the last decision was taken collaboratively by the panel in India and their recruitment panel in USA.
