Interview process started with HR call and understanding why I applied and why am I looking for change.
1st technical round: around 60/75 minutes for this round mostly technical questions related to Zscaler portfolio. Fundamentals and deep dive of Network security.
2nd technical/management round: this round is taken by hiring manager and consist of both technical and management questions. More focus is on customer management skills.
3rd Panel round: this is the most interesting round of interview. To the panel of 3/5 we need to present slides talking about you and professional experience. Then we have a role play in which you need to play a role of TAM and answer customer's issues. You can seriously get grilled in this round.
If you clear all this you might get a chance to talk to VP of TAM for a small interview or rather just an interaction.
Main decision of hire/no-hire is taken after panel interview.
