Asked the questions on JAVA and they made sure the person knows the concept well. They also asked questions on other subjects like Operating Systems, Data Structures and Database management systems etc.

The job role was for customer support. Which can be 24*7 job or may be in rotational shifts.
There are 4-5 rounds, ending with face to face interview.
The entire process is a bit lengthy, takes 3-4 months, but in general in quite motivating and empowering. Knowledge gained during this helps in enhancing ur overall personality
