Interview
The interview process was very smooth but delayed by the holidays. The first interview mainly focused on customer service type situations but they made sure to mention that their TAMs were technical and expected to work cases for theirv accounts. The few technical questions were very high level filter questions about OSI model and "what is routing".
The second interview was basically two questions and the technical question was CA very vague and generic question about packets. It seemed very rushed and the interviewer didn't seem very interested.

My application was rejected at the first instance after uploading on the portal. They did not even called me. Later I got referred by a friend and first round was conducted. I was rejected even after answering almost all questions.
