Interview
It wasn't a short process but they made sure to explain the process really well and guide me through everything.
I was also having interviews at the same with another company, and when Zscaler found out they made everything they could to expedite the interviews and accommodate them in a timely manner.
The panel interview with the QBR preparation is not the easiest interview I had but also was very positive and challenging in a good way. They know what they want and they will only get what they want/need.
I love the fact Zscaler doesn't compromise on the quality of it's hiring process.
There are position that been open for a whole year and many candidates are interviewed but no offer put through.
If Zscaler is so successful as it is, it's thanks to its employees. They are great at finding fantastic talent and this is why things move on so well internally.

the first interviews are mostly about you and your career progression so far and why zscaler, how you came across the company, what is the understanding you have about the role you applying for etc.
Other interviews like the QBR one, you have to prep and the panel pretends to be customer. That one a bit more challenging as the panel really play like a real customer!

Was contacted by Zscaler TA on linked in, requesting slots for initial chat. Slots provided... then complete silence. This has also happened to another colleague so Zscaler's initial impressions as a good employer are not at all positive

Process was simple but the panel round was little tough. However overall experience was good. I would recommend ZSCALER as a company and culture. It is the market leader in every aspect.
