Hiring manager contacted me on LinkedIn. We met and it went well, two follow ups scheduled (like other reviewers late in the evening and early in the morning). Positive feedback given by all interviewers verbally. Following three convos, and five follow ups no response ever again from anyone…. Only thing I ever got was a survey about the hiring process (HA!) Just reject people!!!!! Not that hard to respond to someone who spent hours interviewing with your team. Glad it happened though cause I’m sure it would be an even worse experience if I did get the job.
