Pre screening and initial call were relatively positive, however that all changed when it got to the hiring manager where it was instantly apparent that there is an unhealthy atmosphere that pervades the company. I visited an office and spoke to some staff offline / sales culture appears to be stacked with yes-men and devotees. If you come off as an independent thinker in the interview process and do not stick 100 percent to the script that is expected you are filtered. Probably not the best fit for my career so glad I didn’t go down this road.
