I applied in-person. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Zscaler (Ghent)
Interview
Contacted first by the country manager, I accepted an initial call. Then I had an interview with the recruiter and she explained the standard process. I had a call with the new local manager, his regional VP and a fellow employee. Overall quite normal process but very slow, no cadence, no real structure, a bit "amateur". After 5 calls/interviews everything went silent, after a few reminders they promised to get back to me, sent a new reminder but everything went silent, no (final) feedback. I guess they would recruit somebody else but would want to tell? Quite rude and impolite, hopefully they treat their customers better :-)
I applied online. I interviewed at Zscaler (Paris)
Interview
Classic SaaS company process. Screening, Hiring Manager, Panel interview.
My process ended after meeting the Hiring Manager as the market is very competitive with strong field of talent. I was having less experience in cyber security than others.

Lengthy but fair. Prepare to know the solutions and what they solve for. All the leaders seemed extremely friendly and passionate about the solution and what they deliver to their customers. Overall good experience.
Interviewer used MEDDIC and objection handling off the bat and stressed the importance of this in the GTM motion at the company. Interviewer was arrogant and unhelpful overall bad impression of the company and kind of people working there
