I had a total of 5 interviews with the internal team over a span of 8 weeks and did not receive an offer. I thought each interview went well and although I didn't receive any responses to my emails with the talent partner, I usually got a generic email stating they wanted to move forward with next steps. My only issue with the interview process was that I got no response for 1-2 weeks at a time, and then would be asked to schedule another interview. I thought I was being ghosted several times which made it confusing as to why I would get emails stating: "Your interview with the team went very well and we'd like to move forward with next steps". I would have appreciated some more honest (or any) feedback from the talent acquisition partner.
