My interview experience with Zscaler was quite an adventure. The process began with an initial recruiter screening, followed by technical interviews that tested my knowledge on various computer science fundamentals, especially in areas like networking, DSA (Data Structures and Algorithms), and specific frameworks. One notable aspect was the inconsistency in interviewer engagement; some were very professional and communicative, while others seemed disinterested, not even turning on their cameras for the interview, which was somewhat disappointing. The technical questions ranged from straightforward to challenging, focusing heavily on practical application rather than just theoretical knowledge. However, the lack of clear communication post-interview was a bit frustrating, as follow-ups were not always prompt or informative. Overall, while the interview provided a good opportunity to showcase my skills, the experience was marred by variable professionalism and communication from the interviewers.
