Zscaler Principal Support Engineer interview questions

Positive interaction with recruiter. They warned me of concerns their interview process was not working well at the technical test. This is where I could tell I would not want to work there. I’ve run many technical tests for similar roles before and never made a candidate feel like they know nothing. They were not interested in my history - just tick box exercise for their questions. If you didn’t know them, then you were out. It’s a bit old fashioned to say the least. The interview process is however a two way street and if they were to be my peers - that I seek advice from, then I was content with not getting any further. The irony is, the job remains vacant weeks later. Shame, I’ve friends who work there who speak highly of the workplace culture.
