Three 30 min interviews in a row. They had preset interview questions and then the rest was conversational to see if you are the right fit for the team. One was manager, one was older underwriter, and one was younger.

Generally good experience with a hiring manager and a new team manager in one who just sits and takes notes. A brief chat and then right in to what you know about the company and the role itself. Questions about what you currently do now and why your looking to move across to this role and what transferrable skills you can bring. Then over to the competency questions which i already jad prepared and had to slightly tweek the answers. Remember if they are asking you to elaborate on their your answers it is because they are specifically looking for an answer. Then it was my turn to ask questions to which i was enquiring about the first 3 months challenges and progression opportunities…
