Online Assessment: video simulated questions were present, around 4/5. A case study was also present, were an email had to be written based on it. Apart from that questions were provided were they had to be ranked based on the options that are most likely to be performed to the least.

The recruiter was not fully present during the interview and never responded to my follow-up email about the process. Additionally, I was asked to provide personal documentation in the first interview, which felt inappropriate given how early it was in the process. Very poor candidate experience
