It was not very difficult but did take a few weeks between the initial call, first interview and being offered the position. The first call was from their HR department in their corporate office asking a series of general questions about my experience then after I answered them she offered me an face to face interview at the Round Rock office. I accepted and went in the following week where I met my office manager and took a tour of the office. About a week later I was offered the position contingent upon my background check and everything and that took about another week. It is an extensive background check, they don't just call your references they pull up any and every position you've ever had (even ones that I had not actually worked at but was offered positions at). When they actually sent the offer letter, it was sent on a Friday and I started that Monday.
