Interview
Recruiter reached out to me via phone call to discuss the position and my experience. Asked me a few questions like what I do at my current job and what I’m looking for. Was told I would have to the apply for the position on their website so I did. I then got an email from the same recruiter to schedule an in-person interview. I met with the office manager and the managing attorney. Note that I found it odd that the office manager told me her name was different than what her name badge said and what the recruiter told me. The interview was pretty straightforward: learned about the company and position, went through basic questions, and I asked questions after. There was a question about how many pennies it would take to stack the Empire State Building. Note that this was my first in-person interview in years so I practiced a lot but during the interview, I found myself stuttering often. I’m not sure if that’s why I didn’t get the job but so be it. Other than that, it was a straightforward process overall.

Interview was standard and quick, phone call and in person second round were within a week, and it was a panel and asked about work history, some basic knowledge and goals amd aspirations. Not too difficult. Also it might also depends on how desperate they need that position filled.
