Applied online and scheduled a phone interview. The interviewer never called and never sent an apology or rescheduling email, so I did. Took a couple weeks for him to get back to me to reschedule. He missed it again and made a poor excuse that there was a problem with his "system". Don't bother wasting your time, some companies just don't understand that everyone that work there represent the company's face.
