Received an email a month after I applied online from the recruiter to schedule a screening. I sent my availability and didn’t hear back. Followed up and nothing. Why bother sending me an email in the first place? Very unprofessional and this sort of experience speaks a lot about the company and its culture. Don’t bother applying here.
