Interview
I was originally contacted for a phone interview shortly after applying online. My phone interview was about 30 min and mainly involved questions about my prior research and a few behavioral questions. They told me almost immediately that they would have me for an on-site interview. However, there was a period of time (a little over a week) between when I was asked about my availability for an on-site and actually being scheduled for it. I was in process of moving when they scheduled me for my interview, and were incredibly accommodating with a video interview in lieu of an on-site. My panel of 6 interviewers were very professional, excited about the company, and asked a range of good technical and behavioral questions.
They emailed me to set up a phone interview. The interview itself went well, and it took maybe 20 minutes. At the end, the recruiter told me she would contact me within a few days to set up a second interview with the hiring managers. I never heard from her.
