Applied online. The company never responded to my actual application for this role, but another hiring manager got hold of my resume and immediately contacted me for her role on her team. She was personable, funny, and honest about the team, company, and process. She even allowed me to speak to someone on her team to get a better sense of it all. I wish all recruiting processes were like this! I ultimately walked away from the process, but thought very highly of the company and hiring manager!
