Interview
The scheduling process felt inconsiderate of my time. I would respond to scheduling emails within a few hours with more than four windows of availability, and then I would get a response five days later asking for something outside of my given availability. I responded with more available times, and got a response a day later asking for a time that afternoon, which I then accepted. I did not receive any response as to the outcome until four weeks after my interview.

The third one was asking me questions such as how the management at my previous company treated its employees and other questions that I should be asking them.
