The interview process began with an application, followed by a prerecorded video, then finished with a virtual. I received a job offer after the virtual before visiting them onsite as it had gone really well. I tried to negotiate salary with the HR associate who said my request would be under consideration. I did not hear back for over 2 weeks just to find out they had decided to go with other candidates and had rescinded my offer. I would have accepted the initial offer had they gotten back to me with a firm stance on the salary.
