I had a phone interview with their HR rep first. The questions were standard: describe what you did in your previous job, what systems have you worked with. Then I had an on-site interview with three people. Again, pretty standard - what makes you good for the role, what systems do you know, what are your aspirations and so on. Overall, I had a positive experience and heard back from them rather quickly.
